We recently came together to conduct our annual Safety Day training and ESOP share price reveal for 2023! This was an exceptionally special day for us as we had our first group of employee owners become fully vested!
After our reveal, our foreman trained employees in technical stations to refresh their field skills.
For our afternoon session, we had a guest speaker teach us about mental health in the construction industry. Thank you to Duck Cup Memorial Fund for providing a wonderful presentation about mental health to our employees.
We ended our day with an interactive game of Jeopardy.
It was a great day to get all of employees together at our office! Thanks to everyone who planned, organized and participated!
