Position Summary:
MinnGuard Insurance Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team remotely. This dual-role position involves both customer service and sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the EZLynx Agency Management System, excel in customer communication, and possess a deep understanding of personal and commercial lines insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries regarding policies, coverages, and billing
Service existing client accounts including policy changes, renewals, and re-marketing
Quote and bind new personal and/or commercial lines policies through comparative raters and carrier portals
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in EZLynx
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to improve customer coverage
Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and internal procedures
Deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
Required Qualifications:

Active Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License
Current Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance Coverage
Minimum 1 year of experience in personal or commercial lines
Experience with EZLynx or similar AMS strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
Strong communication, sales, and problem-solving skills
High level of professionalism and accountability
Compensation:

Commission-based with performance incentives
