Few ways you can help:
💧Only use what you need.
🔧Fix water leaks.
🚿Install labeled water fixtures (Available for FREE at City Hall).
💦Skip watering outside and if you do only water when the sun is low.

⚠️ DROUGHT WATCH ⚠️

As of July 14, 2026, Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority has officially declared a drought watch for the Albemarle County and Charlottesville service area due to below-normal precipitation and decreasing water levels. We request a voluntary reduction in water use. No mandatory water restrictions have been issued at this time.
