If you’ve been putting off an alternative approach to nutrition and fx medicine because of high out of pocket costs-we are proud to share that our nutrition services are now covered by insurance, in several states. (Check out our previous post to see if your state qualifies). If you’re uninsured and you feel called to make an investment in your health-we also aim to keep our rates reasonable and fair, making our services more accessible.

Trail running for me is an innately spiritual experience.
This is the place where I merge with presence of body, mind, and soul. Where I unravel bound thoughts that hide below the surface and keep me tense. They flow out of me like curls of smoke on the wind. I’m glad to see them fly.
This is the space of making love to life. The pulse of excitement living me forward. My flesh warm and vibrating. My breath rapid and deep. The dance between pleasure and pain, surrender and will.
This is home to my animal body, to my primal desire to move with vigor. This union is what I die to.
This mountain’s memory is my body. This trail is patterned on the soles of my feet. I am this living mountain. I take this small portion of her home with me and into the world. We have become one through accident. Through holy longing for each other.
I’m not fast, and I don’t go all that far. But it takes me deep to the core of my being, and to that I bow.
