Motherhood is so complex and messy and big, and there is so much magic to it.
Tbh, my mental health has been *not it* recently. But, in these moments where I'm embodying fake-it-til-you-make-it, and not enjoying life inside my own head, my kiddo gifts me such beautiful unlimited love. She shows me her favorite things, brings me small "for-tend" gifts, asks me to cuddle while we watch TV. She shows me a simple kindness my grown-up brain would struggle to give itself.
What an honor to be so loved 💛
