Humbled. Honored. Excited. For those who know me, leadership development is my passion. It isn’t often I have the time (and honor) to focus on my own development. I am thankful that the African American Leadership Academy of Charlotte saw fit to add me to this esteemed roster of Charlotte leaders.

Every so often, you are involved in something powerful and designed specifically for your advancement. The AALAC is that experience and is designed to increase African American representation in executive and C-Suite roles in Charlotte.

I am also thankful for my friend and mentor Natalie Brown. She challenges me to be a better leader, steward, and friend. I am so excited I get to walk in her footsteps.
