We bring the structure, tools, and experience to help them create what matters. But we don't walk into an engagement with prepackaged or off-the-shelf solutions. Cut-and-paste is not how we roll.

Even as we pause on this day to give thanks, we can't help but think about the intractable challenges confronting our communities and our neighbors. At times, some of these challenges, such as homelessness and educational inequity, seem insurmountable. As if our only options are to give up or to continue struggling with a Sisyphean task. But what if there were another way? Can we actually solve 'unsolvable' problems?

That's the topic of our next Forward Faster by Design virtual event on Friday, Dec. 11th. To be sure, solutions to complex issues are, well, complicated – but achievable. As part of our exploration, we will take a ride upstream and look at the tools and benefits of systems thinking, finding points of leverage, and shifting mental models. We will also hear from three experts, Rosalyn Allison-Jacobs, Tracey Greene-Washington, and Liz Winer, who are approaching systems change in innovative ways to get ‘stuff’ done.

If you're looking to learn more about how to make meaningful change in the face of 'unsolvable' problems, we hope you'll join us. Click on the link below to learn more and register. https://www.fasterglass.com/forward-faster
