All in or All out!

When it comes to scripture, you are either all in or all out. You can't “cherry-pick” the parts you like and disregard the parts you dislike. The NT fulfills the OT law found in the 10 commandments, meaning scripture doesn't change with society or culture much like the law of gravity. When you trip, you do not fall up, you fall down. Both laws are eternal and can not be changed. The same yesterday, today and for ever! Like Joshua you have a decision to make today. Don’t be fooled, because the decision you make regarding scripture will have eternal consequences. Choose well, choose to obey.

“But be very careful to obey all the commands and the instructions that Moses gave to you. Love the Lord your God, walk in all his ways, obey his commands, hold firmly to him, and serve him with all your heart and all your soul.””

“But if you refuse to serve the Lord, then choose today whom you will serve. Would you prefer the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates? Or will it be the gods of the Amorites in whose land you now live? But as for me and my family, we will serve the Lord.””
