Composition!!

When ‘business as usual’ isn’t an option, innovation takes the lead. We’re currently tackling a truly unique second-floor addition project that’s redefining how we think about vertical expansion.
Instead of traditional demolition and rebuild, we’ve engineered a solution that allows us to construct the entire second-floor roof above the existing first-floor roof. This allows us to maintain the integrity of the ground floor throughout much of the construction process. Only once the new roof is securely in place will the original roof be removed, and the new second-story walls completed. This precision-driven approach, made possible by our fantastic client’s vision, is a testament to what’s achievable with thoughtful design and ex*****on.
