and product development after moving to Charlotte in 2006. After various apparel and home interiors projects, I became known by my friends as a girl with a knack for sewing. One by one, I began taking on small projects of drapes or pillows for friends, and soon realized there was a real need in my social circle for a custom interiors service. It became clear to me the direction I needed to go with my career - from fashion to interiors. What started out as a weekend gig taking on small sewing projects, quickly became a natural progression into what is now a thriving passion, Chancery Design & Textiles.
