ForwardStack is personal for me.

It was born out of years of coaching, listening, and helping people navigate transition points in their lives and careers. I kept seeing the same thing over and over again: so many talented people are working hard, but still feel unclear about what comes next and how to confidently move toward it. ForwardStack was created to help close that gap.

The Student Transition Stack is especially close to my heart because it focuses on helping students move from student identity to professional readiness. It gives them structure around self-assessment, career exposure, career direction, interview readiness, and how to show up strongly in their first year as a professional.

My goal is simple: I want students to graduate with more than a degree. I want them to graduate with clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of who they are, where they’re going, and how to walk into that next season prepared.
