My 20 Year Nursing Journey:
•Graduated RN school 2006 (I was 29!)
•Worked in Medical/Surgical + Oncology (cancer) as RN
•Graduated as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in 2013
•Worked in Retail Med + Family Med + Mental Health as NP
•Opened my own practice 2016 + began journey of mind-body medicine (hypnotherapy, breathwork, reiki, yoga, somatics, energy work, PhD journey)
•Certified as Psychiatric NP (PMHNP)
•PhD in Mind Body Medicine 2026
•I now train clinicians + coaches in Mind-Body Medicine + emotional healing + inner child healing (via Go Within Hypno-Breathwork)
