The Market Kitchen is a moveable, pop-up style dining event that focuses on fresh, locally grown, produced, and sourced ingredients for its multi-course Tasting-style menus. It moves from place to place, popping up in established restaurants, hotels, private homes, farms and farmers markets, and the like.
