Our team is thrilled to have an entire week in Detroit for strategic planning, a board retreat, staff and stakeholder interviews, a pay analysis, and executive visioning sessions! It's a big list for one week but the Transient crew is ON IT with our talented client.

Our consultants onsite are also excited to be back in a city we love and visit with great friends including folks at Detroit Opera - Detroit Opera House Detroit Symphony Orchestra, Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit - MOCAD, and Michigan Science Center!

Regardless of political affiliations or perspectives, we can all acknowledge that shifts in federal funding will affect all sectors. We are collaborating with numerous clients to develop strategies for navigating these changes while creating both earned and contributed revenue plans.
