Korean BBQ is coming to Greenwood tomorrow!
Hottagrill is bringing Hotta Seoul, our Korean-inspired menu, to the International Food Truck Fest at Uptown Farmers Market on Maxwell.
Led by Hottagrill’s owner and Michelin-trained chef, Hotta Seoul is serving Loaded Korean Rice Bowls layered with warm rice, sticky Korean BBQ glaze, fire-grilled char, buttered corn, house kimchi, pickled radish, and bold, savory toppings.
On the menu:
Slow-Smoked Korean Ribs — smoked low and slow in limited batches
 Korean BBQ Chicken Skewers — flame-grilled and glazed
 Angus Beef Bulgogi — tender, caramelized, and packed with flavor
Ribs are limited. Once they sell out, they’re gone.
