Food photography is often challenging to get the right angles or shoot a dish before it wilts, melts, or otherwise doesn’t look as “fresh” as possible. Then there is the challenge we experienced with this shot where we couldn’t just eat it immediately. Full disclosure: we definitely took a bite after the shoot and it was worth the wait! (Yep, we do food photography too).

Loving these designs. The US cover is gorgeous as well, but it is so fun to see such a different approach. Beautiful designs for a beautifully written book.
