Check out our new spring special! Strawberries and Cream Cruffin. It’s dusted in freeze dried strawberries, filled with our homemade whipped cream and homemade strawberry jam. Once NC strawberry season begins we’ll be using all local fruit! We’ve been quietly gearing up for the 2026 season so be prepared for some epic pastries (and more!). We have been fighting our dough for several weeks now so when we get some beautiful layers, we get pretty pumped. With a hot kitchen, fluctuating humidity, and not a lot of control we are slowing getting where we want to be!
