Tree removal with an added bit of excitement! As I was cutting the tree from the top down, I came across an opening in the branch and noticed something unusual. Seems a opossum has made a den in the opening. Not wanting to create a situation and cause harm to the little fellow, I left a 10' of section in limb with the penthouse suite in the middle. We were able to safely remove the limb without major interruption, and we relocated the branch and home to a new site. I hope this little critter can continue ridding the area of pesky ticks and other varmits.
