Reflecting on this time last year, I found myself navigating through a phase of profound loss and confusion. The pain of losing a child left me feeling feeling helpless, battling unresolved grief. In those moments, my only plea to God was simple: "Fix me". Interestingly, my journey seemed to grow more challenging with each prayer. Yet, in hindsight, I realize the significance of those dark times. It was a period of essential growth. It’s best for seeds to grow under ground, in darkness.

This challenging year was best spent offline to focus on my personal revelations. It taught me the importance of discerning true friendships and cherishing those who have always stood by me. I learned the value of giving, not just in terms of money, but in the currency of time and presence. It was a time to embrace God's plan fully, trusting in a purpose beyond my immediate understanding.

The transformation began towards the end of summer. There's a noticeable change in me now. My walk is more confident, my smile brighter and more sincere. I feel a renewed strength in my body, and my mind has reached new heights of understanding. My heart is more open than ever, embracing the world and its possibilities.

Through this journey, I have evolved. It's a testament to the power of prayer and the unexpected ways in which it is answered. Yes, the process was tumultuous, I was being broken down only to be rebuilt stronger. But here I am, rejuvenated and realigned, feeling better than ever. As I step into my 40s, I do so with a renewed spirit and a joyous heart. Happy Birthday to me, and here's to embracing the beautiful journey ahead!

The WNBA’s marketing is trash but I have a plan to fix it.

Tubi is not that bad.

I’ve lost 17 pounds.

God took me through some things the first part of this year and in a matter of two weeks everything turned around.
