My most recent lesson…
Was releasing the need to defend my character. I’ve done that for so many years.
There is true liberation in allowing others to think what they want about you.
I used to fight against accusations and strong opinions.
Not anymore. I will not drain myself because someone else cannot see me!
I will not drain myself due to anyone else’s projections.
I will not drain myself for anyone to make me the villain in their story.
Their perception is THEIR reality. And that’s none of my business.
