Edifice Educates: Building Leaders

Each Friday, our interns connect with leaders across the company, gaining insight into the experiences, challenges, and lessons that have shaped their careers. This past week, Dan Radford, general superintendent, shared his perspective. As our general superintendent, Dan is focused on helping our field teams succeed, supporting everything from quality and safety to schedule and subcontractor coordination. He works to make sure every project across the Carolinas reflects a consistent Edifice experience.

As a leader in the Carolinas, it’s our responsibility to support the next generation of builders and we look forward to seeing this group continue to develop their skills and experience into their professional careers.

GE Vernova Park at Bridgeway Station celebrated the first Greenville Triumph SC home game with a 1-0 victory in front of the largest crowd in Triumph history! Close coordination between Hughes Investments, City of Mauldin SC Government, Greenville Pro Soccer, and Edifice Construction allowed all staff, fans, and players to enjoy the game safely while construction on the west building is still underway. The full project, featuring additional concessions, team store, locker rooms, and stadium suites is expected to finish in early 2027.
