Today we’re recognizing Marty Eargle for 10 years of service with Trinity Partners | Raleigh.

As a Building Engineer I, Marty provides the steady, daily reliability that keeps the UNC Healthcare and Microsoft campus at Perimeter Park running smoothly. Ten years after his first interview, he continues to bring that same "get-it-done" attitude and dedication to his buildings and his tenants every single day.

She is a true hustler who doesn't have the word 'can’t' in her vocabulary. Whether she's leading our Bloom event programming or tackling a high-stakes proposal, every project and client gets her top-level, intentional treatment. It has been a privilege to watch her grow from a talented design-school graduate into the creative powerhouse and leader she is today. Having her by my side for the last ten years has been an absolute blessing."
