When i first started the teacher I’m working who gave me one the students and told me this your project this year lol.

No problem I said ok but i had no idea what I was getting my self into lol.

So weeks went by student didn’t want to do no work and I work with behavioral EC kids so you already know so i began to look at his IEP and brainstorm me and the teacher.

We were able to come up with a solution and today I am proud to say this young man done all his work got his points and we had no problems.

They ask who his friends he says I only have two friends Mr. MItchell and my other friend.

Had a chance to speak with a staff on overcoming challenges. I enjoyed it l. The great thing is I used to be a client. Connection and networking is a key.

So I did a thing. Way to start my Monday.

As you all know as a speaker getting into schools could be a hassle you win some you loose some lol.

My passion has always been working with kids mentoring and showing them a better way. So I had one of my good brothers as well mason brothers Jon Roundtree give me that man talk and light a spark in me.

So once it hit me I said if I love what I do and want to get my foot in go the extra mile to open them doors and BOOM👇🏿👇🏿👇🏿👇🏿👇🏿

Thankful to my wife Yolonda Mitchell for the immediate support on this and to my bro Aubrey HJ Mitchell Cfsp who said do it bro and to my sis Marquite Mitchell for the encouraging conversation to keep going.

So as of tomorrow I will be a CMS employee in the school systems.

So excited to serve and create change in these young kids .

I wanna thank my sis JoCelyn Williams Roundtree as well for helping me find what I needed to apply and what to look for.
