I hear from a lot of people that prices are way too high and they want to wait to buy a home. This chart displays the impact that interest rates have on your home purchase. Rates are incredibly low right now with people with strong credit getting near 3% rates. As you can see in the graph below getting a 3% rate versus a 5% rate can result in savings of $345 in monthly payments and $125,000 in interest savings over the life of the loan 🤯 That's a lot of money, so if you are on the fence right now you may want to consider the potential savings.
