Hey ya’ll! Quick story and intro/reintro. So, I have a new meal prep client, a seasoned citizen and his wife. They are knocking on the door of their mid 80’s, but boy are they spunky and vibrant! They have inspired me in so many ways, in just a few weeks, and I couldn’t be more grateful; from seeing the love they show one another to witnessing early morning yoga sessions, to hearing stories about all of the life they’ve lived and continue to live, has been a blessing. Well, I was asked to be on a podcast with the man of the house and his daughter; a podcast that they have birthed as a child of the book they wrote together!
