Saturday was full of 🙂JOY🙂

Our Main Street Team attended the annual Walk for Joy to support Channing’s Joy, an organization that means so much to our firm.

The young man in the first picture is Mr. Channing himself. Channing is 9 years old and was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in 2018. He also happens to be the son of our President, Chad Flack, and grandson of our CEO, Tripp Flack--which makes him very special to us.

We walked 1.36 miles in recognition of the 1 in 36 children diagnosed with autism, and our team raised $3,000 to support the cause! The event overall raised $202,000! We are grateful to play a small part in this incredible event.

The Channing's Joy Foundation was founded in 2022 by Channing's mama, Lauren. The foundation is dedicated to promoting inclusion and acceptance of autism and all individuals with special needs.

Thriving teams make time to have fun together, and that's exactly what our Employee Benefits Team did recently.

Our Producers, Account Managers, Account Executives, Member Engagement Team, and Clinical Team convened in Charlotte for professional development and relationship building.

The Team attended a Charlotte Hornets game and soaked up the opportunity to be together in person.

Springtime is philanthropy time for many of the communities in which we live and work. Our team attended multiple events this weekend supporting causes we deeply care about!
