Alright Rowan County & Salisbury fam… help share and spread this so we can start holding the corrupt government officials and law enforcement officers accountable. Watch till the very end to see sergeant williams step in and violate my rights, instead of de-escalation and enforcing my rights that he took an oath and swore to uphold. Let’s get rid of corruption and tyranny.

Today I walked into a PUBLIC building — keyword PUBLIC — to do a simple First Amendment audit.

Just to RECORD in a place the law says I can record.
Not to fight.
Not to argue.

You know… the First Amendment?
Freedom of Press?
The thing government employees swear an oath to but apparently never bother reading? Yeah. That one.

I wasn’t loud.
I wasn’t disruptive.
I didn’t block doors,
I just stood in a public hallway with a phone.

And suddenly Rowan County officers react like I walked in holding a weapon. Their the ones carrying fi****ms all i have is my phone 🤷‍♀️

The officer hits me with this Oscar-worthy line:

“Oh I’m gonna arrest you — and that’s not a threat, that’s a promise for not following policy .”

Okay Buddy…
It’s a phone, not a 💣
Relax. 😂💀
It’s a policy NOT law.

Now let me shift gears for a moment because
this isn’t just about me though
Nor is This just about a hallway.
This is about rights that protect ALL of us, and how easily they can be ignored when no one is watching.

That’s WHY audits matter.
That’s WHY people record.
Because power unchecked turns into power abused, and this video proves it.

I also want to add a judges order DOES NOT supercede your constitutional rights. The constitution is first. But for the heck of it i got a copy of the judge’s order that was posted. It states courtrooms NOT the courthouse in its entirety. Judges have rights over courtrooms thats it.

So here’s the truth:

✔ I recorded legally
✔ I stayed calm
✔ My rights were violated anyway
✔ It’s all on video
✔ I filed an IA complaint
✔ I’m taking it through the proper channels
✔ And I’m not backing down

Because if they can violate my rights while I’m recording, imagine what happens when the camera ISN’T rolling.

I’m sharing this so my friends and family in Rowan County can SEE exactly what happens when someone exercises their rights here.
Not rumors.
Not excuses.
Real footage. Real behavior. Real accountability.

Feel free to share it — maybe it will remind certain officials that the Constitution isn’t optional, seasonal, or “only when convenient.”
It applies every day… even in Rowan County. 😉
