Gaylor Electric is a full-service national commercial electrical company.  They are just finishing a large Charlotte area project for Macy’s, a 1.4 million-square-foot customer inventory fulfillment center, the largest in NC.

Kobey (left) and DJ (right), are rising ROC seniors interning with DPR Construction this summer on the new Atrium Tower project in Midtown Charlotte.

Kobey is working with DPR’s self-perform crews on metal framing and quality control, while DJ is supporting the safety team with inspections and hazard mitigation.

Both are Construction Management students gaining real-world experience on this $900 million, 1.1-million-square-foot Atrium healthcare facility.
