Named for his eldest daughter and meaning “steadfast,” Restaurant Constance is the fruition of a dream for Chef Sam Diminich and the next phase of growth for Your Farms Your Table Restaurant Group, a creative culinary company he launched during the pandemic to meet customer needs and support local farmers in the region.
