Revitalizing Health

Today my heart is full of gratitude for the 26 years that I have had the privilege of providing care through massage, Reiki and deeper healing. After much consideration I feel the time has come for me to step back from my practice. I am beginning the process of scaling back with the goal of meeting my present commitments to my clients.

As I have always encouraged all of you, we must care for ourselves first to be able to care for others. My body has been speaking to me and letting me know that I can no longer continue. Along with that, is my desire to be present for my grandson on a full time basis.

I am putting together a list of practitioners that I would recommend for you to be able to meet your self care needs. Please don’t panic, you will no longer be able to schedule online, but I will be making appointments individually.

I cannot express enough gratitude to all of you who have entrusted me with your care needs over the years. You have all taught me so much and I will fondly remember our times together.

Last year I was asked to write a chapter in a book of stories by empaths about our experiences. I am so excited to announce that The Empath Effect: Powerful Stories of Love Courage & Transformation was released on Amazon today!
This book is a collection of stories from twenty-two empathic authors, who share the journey of their awakening, transformation and recovery. Our stories contain beautiful poetry, vivid descriptions of how an empath can see the world and compelling messages of change, healing and joy. These are real stories shared from the heart.
