Fri 4:30pm Aerial Yoga $ Yoga Nidra… Our instructors leave space for our amazing students to find their own inner strength and wisdom—every participant in class discovered that forearm plank helped them use their core more than their quads compared to “full” plank!

Sometimes it isn’t better to due the “full expression of the pose” (what does that even mean, really? Are we talking about some idealized Norm or ABLEIST version?) What if a different version feels BETTER for your body? Does different make it less “full”???

Of course not. Let’s celebrate every damn thing that helps you feel better, safer, stronger, more embodied, more balanced, at peace and at ease in your own skin. You deserve that and the Move Well Collective community is here for it. Join us to discover (and rediscover) what works for you (because our needs change from one moment to the next and that’s OK!)
