$7000 dollars sent and now 40 kids are getting hooked up!

Punch Properties just got done sponsoring a great charity that provides custom bicycles to entire elementary schools of children in low-income communities here in Charleston!

The Charity, Going Places, held a gala for all the sponsors and we’re proud to say that Punch Properties donated $7000 dollars to this effort. 40 kids are now getting their first bike complete with a pump, lock and helmet here in Charleston! Bonus, at the caviar station, Punch Properties logo was on all the tins! Super Fancy lol.

We even got a few friends to go and donate and had a great time that night. All food/entertainment was either donated or you had to pay as well so the donations 100% went to the kids!

Giving back doesn’t always have to be about sending a wire. The foodbank downtown can always use help. It only takes about 4 hours in the morning for you and some others who volunteer to pack over 700 meals for Meals on Wheels. Easy one that impacts folks greatly too!

Like it or hate it, prices will continue to climb. We have some of the lowest property taxes in the USA and if you didn't see, Governor McMaster just lowered income tax for SC and the longer plan is to go to zero. McMaster plans to bank on growth from implants to offset the zero'd out income tax. No income tax + super low property taxes = house prices going 🚀.

Punch Properties just helped this young Airman buy his dream house on Isle of Palms!
This house was originally listed at $9,000,000 but we got the price down to $8,700,000, all closing costs covered and zero down with his VA loan! Not only that, but he was able to obtain a 10.2% interest rate too! Now we know he may struggle to pay the $67,904 mortgage payment, BUT it’s a super cool house! Also, foreclosures only hold you up from buying again in 2 years, not 7 like conventional. Have a blast my dude, this is going to be a killer house for parties!

This couple is only TWENTY-ONE and already bought their first house! The Ned’s came to us about 2 months ago looking to buy their first house. We found the right one and they locked in a 3.99% FIXED, WITH a 2/1 buy down. This means their first year is only 1.99%, year two is 2.99% and years 3-30 stays locked at 3.99%! All closing costs covered along with a free washer, dryer and fridge too! The neighbors down the street paid $38,060 more than they did for the EXACT SAME HOUSE…bless their heart.
