Congrats to my boy (&girl) Ryan Petit & Becca Petit on the sale of their beautiful home! Had multiple offers, but they did the right thing and waited on the perfect offer which turned out to be full price! Thanks for trusting me with the sale - y'all did an excellent job with this house and I'm sure the new buyers will be very happy. Looking forward to see what you do to the new place!
