📚✨ Back-to-school season can be exciting, but it can also bring up a lot of anxiety, stress, depression, or even trauma for children and teens. Transitioning to new classrooms, teachers, or routines isn’t always easy—and that’s okay.

At The Counseling Connection, we understand how hard this can be, and we’re here to help. 💙 We are now accepting referrals for children ages 4 and up who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other difficulties during the back-to-school transition.

If your child is experiencing:
✔️ Worry about going to school
✔️ Difficulty adjusting to new routines
✔️ Mood changes, sadness, or withdrawal
✔️ Trouble concentrating or sleeping
✔️ Trouble making or keeping friends
✔️ Emotional reactions tied to past trauma
