Friday night’s Halloween party at the Marriott marks my 43rd anniversary of playing parties in their grand ballroom. I was a DJ at WVSR in 1982 and we promoted the grand opening of the Marriott with a huge Halloween party and over 800 in attendance. It feels great to have been the first ever DJ to play in the grand ballroom at the Charleston Marriott!
