One of the BIGGEST struggles that I have as an entrepreneur? Decision fatigue.

Sometimes, it can be so tricky to be the one that makes all of the “executive decisions” and frankly, exhausting.

So much so that when it comes to dinner in the evenings, most days, I can’t even make that decision. My “mental load” is often toast by then in busy seasons.

Here are my 3 tips on how to manage decision fatigue as an entrepreneur:

💻 Take breaks. I know that it’s “easier said than done,” but you’d be surprised how 5 minutes of no phones, computers, tv, technology or even humans asking questions, can ground and re-center your focus so that you’re prepared to come back and make decisions with a clear head.

➡️ Ask ChatGPT. Yep, I said it. Conflicted on an issue? Unsure of what decision could benefit your business the best? Don’t know what to eat for dinner? Ask ChatGPT. It’s a great resource to remove some of the mental load.

🌊 Outsource what you aren’t skilled in. My friends, there comes a time when you aren’t good at something to just outsource it. If you don’t have time, if you’re tired of making decisions, outsource it. There are plenty of gifted businesses ready and equipped to help you 💙

You aren’t in this alone. If you’ve been spinning your wheels redesigning your website or creating/designing new proposals in every time a new lead reaches out, take this is as your sign to release the mental load, stop making these decisions on your own and outsource where you can.
