Color doesn’t lift color …. all the time

But I can’t make it shift and alter color every time 😉

shades ALK is the game changer here

Jen is trying to have a softer grow out so I’m going to use the tools in my chemistry arsenal to help her do that, while keeping it healthy, and my timing behind the chair realistic

Also trying to include more haircutting, so deal with those slides too

I used the R series and clear in ALK to bump Jenn, when she returns I’ll prob use the same tools (diff shades) to bump her again

At some point you have to decide…

Are you willing to feel confident, or just avoiding being seen?

My biggest limiting belief was “it’s not safe if I am seen.”
This is old, persistent programming that is not mine, it’s what kept a completely different version of me safe (from literal harm)

But it shows up in everything I do - till I decided it didn’t

Is it easy? Or that simple?

No.

But it a choice.
