Hello everyone! Gunjan’s Masala Tadkaa will be catering a local community event on November 1st, 6:00 pm at Daniel Island Village Apartments clubhouse. We will be serving different flavors from Indian cuisine, here is the menu for the reference.

Appetizer:
* Samosa roll (Filled with potato and mix vegetables and coated with crunchy sheets served with luscious mint cilantro & tangy tomato dip)

Curries:
* Palak Tofu (Roasted tofu in fenugreek leaves with thick Indian style spinach gravy.)
* Amritsari Chhole (Chickpea with onion, tomato and spices rich delicious curry base)
* Butter garlic naan (Tandoor style garlic & cilantro flavored bread)
* Kashmiri Pulav (Basmati long grain rice with fresh green peas and whole aromatic spices)

Salad:
* Sprout Salad with fresh fruits and vegetables

Dessert:
* Coconut balls (Sweet Desert with coconut condensed milk, cream and rose petals)
