A lot has happened over the past two years!! I got married, we moved to Raleigh and I am now launching my 3rd business. As always I hope to inspire those who are trying to change their lives in a positive way.
“I tried everything… and still felt stuck.”
I spent years relying on willpower alone. Eating clean throughout the week and then binge eating over the weekend. Working out non-stop and cardio every day until I was burnt out. I became depressed and coped with alcohol, which lead to not being there for myself and my family. I found myself exhausted, frustrated, and stuck.
It turns out… crash diets and cookie-cutter workouts don’t fix the root problem.
Here’s what actually works: addressing the route cause and forge a plan built for you, not a “generic solution.”

1. You want to be better at something you gotta practice and practice makes better. It’s takes 21 days of consistent practice doing the same thing over and over again to make it something part of your life.
2. You are what you think, say of eat. You gotta start talking to yourself in the way you want the future to be.
3. If your goals aren’t S.M.A.R.T. you most likely will not hit them. SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ATTAINABLE, REALISTIC, TIMELY.
4. When I was starting to add back on habits to my daily routine coming out of my depression I only focused on what I could. That was maybe 1 or 2 habits at a time. Too much leads to early burnout!
5. Ya gotta know where ya been to know where you’re going. This is why tracking progress with photos, progressive overload in your workouts and setting small goals along the way is a must!
