This past Saturday a couple of staff members from GPH attended Family Health and Safety Day at University Hospitals: Geauga campus, on behalf of our Safe Communities grant along with other public health resources.
Thank you to University Hospitals for putting on this event and everyone that stopped by!

Celebrate your Fourth of July weekend by planning for a sober ride. Even one drink could derail your weekend — or your life. 🎇🚘 Buzzed Driving Is Drunk Driving.

June is Men’s Mental Health Month, which encourages men to take charge of their health.
Although men are more likely to die from alcoholism, overdose, and su***de, they are far less likely than women to seek out mental health services.
If you’re struggling, reach out to a friend, a loved one, or a professional. You’re never alone.
You can also call or text the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline to connect with a caring counselor. Using the 988 Lifeline is free, and your conversation is confidential.
