We recently finished the second phase of this project in Willoughby. The first phase consisted of removing a sunroom and deck for a 20x30 addition. This family acheived more space by tripling the size of their old kitchen and adding a master suite. The 14’ long island may be our longest yet.😁 Once settled in we gutted the old kitchen and converted to a half bath and mudroom. The heating system was also updated to accommodate. Turned out great and the clients are thrilled! 🔨

Some jobs are less complex. Framing, electrical, drywall and trim. On to the next one. 🔨

Framing, plumbing, electrical and insulation all complete. Stocked with board for Monday. 😎
