Strides for STEM 5K

The Strides for STEM 5K (previously NC DNA Day 5K) is an annual run/walk event supporting Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) outreach in North Carolina. Funds raised will support outreach programs including North Carolina DNA Day and the WinSPIRE Summer Research Program. These programs break down barriers that surround STEM-based careers by allowing high school students to directly interact with STEM professions from leading research institutions in North Carolina.

2023 marks 10 years since the first NC DNA Day 5K in 2013! 🤯
