Utsav 2018

Utsav is a festival for celebrating 67th Indian republic day with dazzling and enchanted variety of rich Indian Traditional and Folk Music and Dance performances. Pragathi USA’s objective is to create a platform for our local artist to showcase their talent and share our Indian culture with communities in DC Metro Area. This event is to commemorate the 67th year of the Indian Republic. We warmly welcome all the DMV Art-Lovers, Artists, families and friends to participate in this event.
