We work to fight directly against the utility companies to keep rate increases as low as possible, while also working with state representatives to reinstate the rights of consumers. We presently represent over 20 thousand ratepayers of Southwest Water Company (SWWC), the largest privately owned utility in the state of Texas, which includes Monarch Utilities and 8 other private utilities. is an organization that proudly receives all of its funding from individuals, property owners associations, and homeowners associations.
