Whether it's a group setting or individually, the workouts are created to motivate and encourage. By offering a variety of formats (Zumba, Hot Hula, TKB, PiYo, QiGnition,etc.), our students are never bored. Fitness should be FUN, not hard work. Hi everyone...Thank you so much for your patience with the venue change for our Saturday classes. Here is the schedule for November and December, 2016
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday -- 9 am at Quest $5
Saturday -- 8 am at Quest $7
There will be no classes during these days:
Thursday, Nov. 24 Happy Thanksgiving
Saturday, Dec. 24, Merry Christmas Eve (unless big request)
Saturday, Dec. 31, Happy New Year's Eve (unless big request)
We hope to be back at Cerritos Mall starting January 7th.
