🐟❤️My Husband’s Fish Dinner!
sending 5 of you guys a two-pack bundle of our flatbread crumbs so you can try them for yourselves 💛

I completely forgot to thaw the fish, but our flatbread crumbs came to the rescue 😍
No egg wash. No flour. Nothing!🤯
Just season the fish, sprinkle on the crumbs, give it a few taps, and they stick beautifully. The crust came out crispy, golden, and absolutely delicious.
But the real star of the plate?
The combination of cumin-seasoned tomatoes and homemade garlic whip. Trust me on this one. Especially if you’re not a big fan of the smell of fish, this combination is out-of-this-world good 🤤
And of course, I served it with my husband’s favorite two-toned rice, plus some olives and pepperoncini and pickles!

I love serving his dinner on a tray instead of a plate. My husband works incredibly long hours and usually eats only once a day, so I like having everything right there in front of him so he can relax in his chair, watch TV, and enjoy his meal comfortably.
Making dinner for him and serving it, is honestly the best parts of my day!🥰

Remember Lucy at the chocolate factory? 🍫
Yeah… that’s basically me for 4 hours every day!😂

My day starts at 6 a.m. answering emails, reviewing orders, calculating shipping, paying bills, handling logistics, and putting out whatever fire decides to show up that day.
Then I head to the bakery.
Every 10 seconds, a stack of 12 flatbreads comes flying at me!😅
They’ve already been quality checked once, and now I have to inspect them again, stack them, bag them, and keep up with the line.

On average, that’s about 1,440 packages! ( I have 10 seconds to check and pack)

Or 17,280 flatbreads.

Every. Single. Day. 😂
And just to be clear, I’m not complaining. I absolutely love every minute of it ❤️
