Only one team member is required to purchase the spot, but all team member names will be required at checkout. Payment will be taken immediately! Store credit cannot be used for entry.

If information is filled out incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel/refund your reservation. The item will appear as SOLD OUT once all spots have been filled!

Players must have a Riot account associated with their Universus account or they will not be able to play.

Players that are on the website must be checked in by 6:15pm or notify us that you will be arriving later than check-in time through discord or by calling the store the day of. If we are not notified, we will forfeit your spot to a waitlist member.

We will have an IN-PERSON WAITLIST when we open the shop the day of the event. It will be first-come, first-served for waitlist members.

‼️Successful: You must be at the store by THE SIGNUP TIME (2:30pm) or else your spot will be passed down to waitlist!! We cannot emphasize enough that if you are even a minute late, we cannot save your spot!!

‼️Waitlist: It will be first-come, first-served for whomever is in-store to ensure that we do start on time. We are subject to turn away players if we reach our max capacity for waitlist, so whether you want to arrive or not will be at your own discretion.
