• Verify that referral system is being followed
• Verify referral checks are received / paid out
• Verify CMA's are being done on time
• Verify that assigned quarterly calls are being made
• Verify marketing plans, listing materials are properly prepared and
completely filled out (CMA's, Listing agreements etc)
