Speaking of rest...rest can take shape in different ways, depending on what we need:⁠

⭐️ Sometimes we need to slow down to rest - like reading a book, catching up on a favorite TV show or unplugging and spending time with family.⁠

⭐️Sometimes we need to move to rest - moving out of the daily, hustled schedule or moving physical locations; maybe that means moving our bodies (hello, REFIT®!) to move out stress we've locked in our muscles and joints.⁠
