True Colors Salon
Attention all True Colors Salon clients:
We have officially been cleared for reopening which is GREAT news for us all!
We have missed doing hair as much as you've missed getting your hair done over these past few weeks.
We will start taking appointments on WEDNESDAY, MAY 6TH, 2020.
Although we are reopening for phase one, we WILL be starting out with some rules and limitations:
-Face masks must be worn at all times by the stylist AND the client.
-Hands must be washed thoroughly before and after every service provided by the stylist.
-We will not be doing any type of screenings with our clients but we ask if you have been traveling or around anyone with any kind of illness, please refrain from making a hair appointment until you're absolutely certain you aren't sick in any way.
-If you have ANY signs or symptoms of being sick in the slightest way, (even if you believe it's just allergies) we ask you to PLEASE inform us and reschedule your appointment.
-We have the right to reschedule and/or postpone any appointment we find necessary, due to any signs of illness with the client or with the stylist.
-We ask the client with the appointment to be the ONLY person to enter the salon. (We understand if you are the adult bringing a child for their appointment.)
-We will be thoroughly cleaning before and after every client so we ask you to please STAY IN YOUR CAR until we call you to enter the salon for your appointment.
-We know this will be a lot of adjustments at first, but health and safety will be our number one priority throughout all of this.
A few things to keep in mind:
-We are wanting to work, just as much as you are wanting your hair done. So please be patient with us!
-We are only humans and we can only physically do so much in a single day so please be patient with our schedules and our waiting lists.
-We care about each and every one of you and we want to ensure you the best, undivided attention during your appointment time.
-With that being said, if you text or call us for an appointment, please be patient with the time it may take us to respond to each and every one of you.
-Out of courtesy and respect for your stylist, we ask you in the most polite way, DO NOT guilt, beg and/or pressure us into doing your hair as soon as possible. I can PROMISE each and every one of you, we are doing our very best to make time for everyone to get beautiful again!
-Please don't forget, we also have families and other things going on in life, just as each of you do; it will take us some time to fully catch back up to a normal appointment schedule routine.
-Every stylist is self-employed and we have the right to set our own hours and personal rules as we choose.
-Overall, I ask everyone to PLEASE be patient with us as we walk into this madness together. We have never dealt with this type of situation before.
-We can't WAIT to see everyone! We've missed you all and the lack of human interaction. And most importantly, we are ready for the world to regain some normalcy again.
